The ARPA-H Sprint for Women’s Health seeks unconventional approaches and innovative new avenues to push high-impact biomedical research forward to improve women’s health outcomes. Submit a three-page Solution Summary by April 15, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. ET, addressing how your proposed idea is relevant to the ARPA-H mission and the six women’s health topic areas.

Medical Imaging Data Users, Managers, and Providers: We Want To Hear from You!
ARPA-H and the FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) are requesting input from stakeholders on the design and development of a sustainable, affordable, diverse, and secure federated medical imaging data marketplace (MIDM). The joint effort seeks experts to provide key information that will shape how ARPA-H and the FDA address the challenges of identifying and accessing large amounts of labeled, curated, and representative medical imaging data for the development of novel diagnostic and treatment products. We want to hear from:
- Medical imaging software and product developers
Users of artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) medical imaging products - Private and public organizations that utilize data for product development and evaluation
- Any other medical imaging data users, managers, or providers
Complete the survey by April 16, 2024, 5:00 p.m. ET.
Learn About Newly Launched ARPA-H Program with Program Manager Kimberley Steele
Kimberley Steele, M.D., Ph.D., ARPA-H Program Manager, will join the Investor Catalyst Hub’s monthly member meeting on Monday, April 29, 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET, to discuss the importance of lymphatics in health and the newly launched ARPA-H Lymphatic Imaging, Genomics, and pHenotyping Technologies (LIGHT) program, which will pursue comprehensive diagnostic tools and revolutionize detection of lymphatic dysfunction. Dr. Steele, an internationally recognized expert in bariatric surgery, the gut-brain axis, and neuroimaging in obesity, will share how personal experience has driven her passion for advancing lymphatic medicine–an area of study that impacts diseases ranging from cancer to diabetes and heart disease.

ARPA-H HEROES Workshops and Office Hours
Social Finance, a national nonprofit and registered investment advisor, and Third Sector, a national technical assistance nonprofit, are partnering with ARPA-H to provide technical assistance for potential applicants to build strong proposals for the HEROES program. The next webinar in the series, “Contracting for Outcomes-Based Payments,” is Wednesday, April 17, 12:00 p.m. ET. Hot Off the Presses: New ARPA-H Programs and Opportunities!
- The Engineering of Immune Cells Inside the Body (EMBODY) program seeks to retrain healthy immune cells in vivo to radically alter how immune therapies are developed and delivered. Read the ARPA-H press release and sign up for the virtual Proposers’ Day by April 18 at 5:00 p.m. ET.
- The Personalized Regenerative Immunocompetent Nanotechnology Tissue (PRINT) program intends to use state-of-the-art bioprinting technology and a regenerative medicine approach to 3D print personalized, on demand organs that will not require immunosuppressive drugs.
