A Look Back at BIO
In June, industry leaders convened in Boston for the BIO International Conference to highlight new trends and innovations in biotech. IC Hub Director Chelsea Schiller connected with spokes, joined a panel to discuss the Boston area’s innovation ecosystem, and moderated a conversation with former Massachusetts Secretary of Health and Human Services Kate Walsh and Massachusetts State Senator Robyn Kennedy about their work to drive investment in women’s health.

IC Hub Informs New AI Medical Imaging Program
To speed progress of robust and trustworthy technology, ARPA-H launched the ImagiNg Data EXchange (INDEX) program, which aims to create a platform that increases the number, type, and quality of images for artificial intelligence (AI) tool developers.
Experts in our network shared feedback that directly supported the program’s design and identified key opportunities and gaps in the market that INDEX is now working to address.
