A public-private partnership between ARPA-H and VentureWell in support of the ARPANET-H nationwide health innovation network. Website is maintained by VentureWell staff.

About Us

The Investor Catalyst Hub speeds the transition of innovative ideas into practical, accessible, and promising solutions by connecting institutions with relevant capabilities, from incubators, accelerators, and venture investors to clinical researchers, academic institutions, and commercialization resources.

Based in the Greater Boston area of Massachusetts, the Investor Catalyst Hub is one of three regional hubs in ARPA-H’s nationwide health innovation network, ARPANET-H. The Investor Catalyst Hub uses a commercial lens to help develop solutions that all Americans can afford and access, ensuring that ARPA-H innovations can navigate the complexities of the business, transition, and regulatory landscapes.

The Investor Catalyst Hub supports ARPA-H through these core capabilities:

Network Surveys collect critical feedback from spokes to help inform ARPA-H research priorities and program needs. Responses provide qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights, illuminate existing capabilities, address constraints, and identify new opportunities.

Research & Development Projects provide access to nimble funding opportunities through easy, flexible, and efficient contracts that enable all spokes to work with the government and help new promising solutions get to market. These projects encourage collaboration among spokes, build on feedback from Network Surveys, and support ARPA-H performers.

Network Events convene spokes to engage with ARPA-H leaders, highlight expertise within the network, and foster unconventional collaboration between spokes. Events facilitate open dialogues between spokes across disciplines, focus areas, and geographies to build a vibrant community that can best meet the needs of the health innovation ecosystem.
