Extreme Cold Symposium & Hack-A-Thon

Inviting medical providers, engineers, pharmaceutical scientists, and designers to explore topics on biomedical monitoring, medication storage, and extreme clothing design, as well as discuss the science around the management of hypothermia and cold injury. This interdisciplinary symposium seeks to tackle the topic of medicine at the extremes and how we might address the challenges of providing medical care in these conditions. Join us to learn more, develop projects and research teams, and inspire new ongoing projects as well as teams for a post-symposium Hack-a-Thon in May 2024. The Hack-a-Thon will also be open to new participants.
